Jeté Return & Refund Policy
At Jeté, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand process, meaning every item is unique and created just for you. However, returns and exchanges are accepted, if you:

Ordered the wrong size or color

Changed your mind
- OR if your item -
- Arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free reprint or a refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us at info@jeteshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order

If there is a defect or misprint:
- Include a clear photo of the issue.
- There's no need to return the product in the case of a misprint or defect.
- Reprint is free of charge!

Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

How to start a return:

Email info@jeteshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and instructions before sending your item back. We’ll provide you with a physical address to send your return items at that time.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your request and inspected your photos, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@jeteshop.com.
Damages & Issues Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away at info@jeteshop.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.
