Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it takes 2–5 business days to process and create your items before they’re shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment center. Please keep in mind that Express Shipping is not available on every item in your order and depends on print provider. However, shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Jeté is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).


Lost or Stolen Packages
